Enforcement of Judgment
Ze Ying advises clients in applying for recognition and enforcement of judgments rendered by foreign courts or courts in Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, and in applying for recognition and enforcement by foreign courts of final judgments rendered by Chinese courts. Ze Ying also represents the party against whose enforcement is sought to defend itself against the enforcement.
Enforcement of Arbitration Awards
Ze Ying represents our clients to apply for the enforcement of arbitral awards issued by domestic arbitration institutions, pre-arbitration property preservation and other compulsory measures.
